RELEVANCE

Every project is unique, with objectives that can range from the most straight-forward to those that require careful planning and evaluation before arriving at a course of action. Project planning and feasibility analyses serve to evaluate a range of alternatives and considerations including technical, environmental, and financial, in the context of site-specific conditions. This effort provides valuable insight on how to efficiently invest in programs and capital improvement projects.

Our goal in the feasibility and planning effort is to identify and address the clientís needs and objectives, define alternatives, identify important implementation issues, and narrow the scope of subsequent work; thereby, setting a studied course of action for realizing efficiency and project cost savings in the decision-making process.
